Is this room stretching, or have you found us at planDisney, Joshua? I'll be your Ghost Host, so let's see if the ticket situation for
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a trick or a treat.
This special-ticketed event at
Magic Kingdom Park is a popular one that usually fills up quickly, so I hate to hear you missed out on your desired date. I double-checked the calendar, and October 6 is currently listed as "Sold Out." Unfortunately, there isn't a waitlist for the party, and spots rarely open up. You can always keep checking, but in my experience, I've seldom seen availability added after dates sell out. But I have some suggestions, so don't give up the ghost!
Currently, tickets are available for October 5 and 13. If your travel dates are flexible, you could try to
snag tickets for one of those dates. I can't think of anything spookier than a Halloween Party on Friday the 13th! But if you decide to attend one of those dates, I'd suggest purchasing those tickets as soon as possible since they will sell out.
Joshua, even if you don't attend the party, you can still enjoy the fall and Halloween decor at the Theme Parks. Magic Kingdom Park is especially eerie, and my tip is to book a
Theme Park Reservation there on a date when a party is not scheduled. That way, you can stay at the park longer to walk among the creatures of the night. You can take fang-tastic photos with Halloween decor and experience some ghoulishly good attractions like Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean.
I'm sprinkling pixie dust and an eye of newt so your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort visit will be fiendishly fun, Joshua. You'll have a terrifying time as long as your group gets to be together. Just watch out for those hitchhiking ghosts!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
