    If we have visitors come to our room will we be charged?

    Hey there, Serena, and welcome to planDisney!

    Thanks for coming to us with your question and I see that you have an upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort very soon! Which Disneyland Resort Hotel did you select for your stay? My personal favorite has always been the original Disneyland Hotel. I remember visiting that property as a kid and being enchanted by the lagoon, underwater video game arcade, and how the Monorail stopped right by the Hotel! It's changed quite a bit since then but still retains its charm and appeal for me.

    I'm happy to report that daytime visitors are allowed to visit you in your room during your stay and you will not be charged. Any Guests staying overnight will need to be listed on the Hotel's registry, however, and the Pool area is meant to be used only by listed Hotel Guests. Otherwise, the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort are open to the public and visitors are free to explore the grounds at will. 

    Will you be watching the newly returned nighttime spectacular Fantasmic! during your visit? It just debuted again on May 24, 2024 after a year long hiatus and I'm so excited to take my kids to see it! In addition, both Pixar Fest and Season of the Force will be going on over your visit, so there's plenty to see and do. And when you leave the Parks, since you're staying on site, it'll feel like you're not completely leaving the magic!
