Disney Cruise Line does offer the “Friends of Bill W” meet ups, there are no officially scheduled meetings of this type at Walt Disney World Resort. However, there are groups in Central Florida who meet regularly, so there may still be a meeting nearby that your friends or family members could attend.
I recommend searching online for “Find A.A. Near You.” You will find a search function available on the Alcoholics Anonymous website. In doing a quick search, I found that the Osceola County Intergroup is one of the local options, and they may even have virtual meetings available on Zoom. This could be a good option that would allow them to attend a meeting from their resort hotel room.
Should you find a meeting in the local area that your friends or family members would like to attend in person, you can check with the front desk at your Disney resort hotel, and they can assist you with finding transportation options.
