My daughter turns 3 our first full day there. I’d really Like to surprise her with decorations in the room when we get back from animal kingdom. Is there a service I can go through for this?

Hi Clarissa, and welcome to planDisney! There is simply no better place to celebrate a birthday than Walt Disney World Resort, especially a third birthday! My son’s first Disney vacation was the month he turned three, and those are still some of my most treasured Disney memories.

What a fun idea to surprise your daughter when you return to your resort hotel! Her little eyes are going to light up, and I’m betting there will also be squeals of joy! For in-room surprises, check out Magical Floral & Gifts. There are so many great options there, but one that feels especially perfect for this occasion is the Enchanting Birthday Box. She’ll get balloons, cupcakes, a plush Minnie or Mickey, and several other fun surprises.

Since you’ll be celebrating, be sure to also pick up a complimentary birthday button at your resort hotel or Guest Relations in the theme parks. For a really special birthday button, head over to Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom. For a very small fee, they will create an artistic button with her name and a design of her choice.

Clarissa, thanks for stopping by with your question! I’m sending lots of wishes for a magical birthday for your little girl. If you have any more questions as you plan your visit, be sure to come back and see us. We’re always here to help add extra pixie dust to your Disney vacation!

    See you on Main Street,
    Casey
