Hello- We visited Disneyland and California Adventure June 4 & 5 2022. Unfortunately one of family members was sick and could not come with us. Am I able to receive a refund or a credit for a future date for this unused ticket?

Welcome to planDisney, Robin! I am so sorry your family member was not able to make the trip with you to Disneyland Resort a few weeks ago. I hope they are on the mend, and that you had a wonderful visit!

Robin, it is important to note that tickets to Disneyland are nonrefundable. What you can do though, is since the tickets were not used, is to transfer them for a future date for your family member. You will also need to cancel any theme park pass reservations they had. Once this has been done, you can check the theme park reservation availability calendar, and see what works for them. Currently, you can book reservations up to 120 days in advance. Then log in to your Disneyland Mobile app, and follow these steps: 1. On the home page of the app, you’ll see “Park Reservations” with the date and theme park listed, then click on “Manage or Make Reservations". Next, under “My Theme Park Reservations”, click on “Cancel Reservation", then select “Who Needs to Cancel?” and follow the prompts to make the necessary cancellations. You will then be able to make new theme park pass reservations, and use your tickets. If you would like assistance over the phone, you can talk to a Cast Member in the Tickets office at (714) 781-4636.

Robin, I hope all of this information helps! Happy planning!
