Hi there, Gabriela. Welcome to planDisney.
If you’re unable to visit the Happiest Place on Earth on the days you initially planned, no worries, Gabriela. You can most definitely change your park reservation dates. While you can’t make modifications to your reservation date, you can cancel your current ones and make new park reservations.
Be sure to look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to make sure the new date and park you wish to visit are available for booking. Currently, you can make reservations up to 120 days in advance. I recommend making theme park reservations with your new travel dates as soon as you can to secure your spots!
You can cancel your theme park reservation on the
Disneyland mobile app or on
Disneyland.com, by signing into your Disney account. For Disneyland mobile app:
1)
On the home page of the app, you’ll see “Park Reservations” with the date and theme park listed.
2)
Click on “Manage or Make Reservations>”
3)
Under “My Theme Park Reservations”, click on “Cancel Reservation”.
4)
Select “Who Needs to Cancel?” and follow the prompts to make the necessary cancellations.
On
Disneyland.com, when you log into your Disney account:
1)
Locate “My Disneyland”. Hover your cursor over it and you will see “Ticket and Reservation Details”.
2)
Scroll down and click “View My Park Reservations >”
3)
Click on “Cancel Reservation” and follow the prompts to select the reservation(s) you would like to cancel.
You can then make new park reservations using the same process you did when you purchased your tickets. You’ll select your new date and park. Once everything is confirmed, you should receive via email new QR codes for your new park reservations.
I hope this is helpful for you, Gabriela. If you have additional trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again. We’re all EARS!
