There are so many exciting
places to dine at Walt Disney World and Top of the World Lounge at
Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is one of them for certain with amazing views of
Magic Kingdom Park! Simone,
Top of the World Lounge is reserved for Disney Vacation Club Members with access to Membership Extras.
If you are not a
Disney Vacation Club Member, you can visit if you are traveling with friends or family who are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel or Disney Vacation Club Resort booked by using Membership. At least one Member of the party must accompany the group and present their current MagicBand, digital Membership card and government-issued photo ID in order to enter.
Now, if you are a Disney Vacation Club Member or you are traveling on the same reservation as a Member, you are in luck! Reservations are not required, simply check in at the Top of the World Lounge desk on the ground floor lobby of Bay Lake Tower in order to gain access to the lounge and observation deck. Access is on a first-come basis and capacity is limited, so you may be added to a waitlist until other Guests depart. To guarantee a spot, Members may book Enchantment at the Top Dessert Party on select Friday nights by calling
DVC Member Services.

If Top of the World Lounge isn’t in your immediate future but you desire some spectacular views of Magic Kingdom while you dine or enjoy a delicious beverage, I highly recommend trying
California Grill located on the 15th floor of
Disney’s Contemporary Resort. The food there is outstanding and only surpassed by the magical view! You can check for availability and book this dining experience on the
My Disney Experience app.
