Hello Martin! I'll keep this short and sweet so you can get the answer you need and be on your way to enjoying the Most Magical Place on Earth.
I love a good afternoon sun shower in Florida but thunderstorms are different. I am really sorry they are impacting your plans. If
Tiana's Bayou Adventure is closed due to storms or technical challenges, you should be able to check in once it has re-opened. When you see it is running again, go to the
Virtual Queue line. When you scan in, the Mickey icon may turn blue, but the Cast Member should wave you in. They are used to this happening. If they ask, let them know your Boarding Group timeframe was during the closure. I would encourage you to go as soon as it opens again so Cast Members are better able to accommodate the Guests, including you, who missed their time with the storm.
One tip I have picked up from experience being in your shoes, I take a screen grab of the Virtual Queue. No one has asked for it, but it provides me some comfort.
If you have any questions, the
Guest Experiences Team onsite is your best friend. Look for the big blue umbrellas and you will find amazing Cast Members who can help.
I hope the rest of your day is full of Pixie Dust and magic! If you have any questions as you plan your next adventure, please come back to
planDisney. We'll dig a little deeper to get you the information you need.
Have Fun Goin' Down the Bayou!
