Hello there, Ian!
Welcome back to planDisney. We're delighted you've returned with another excellent
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question.
Oh boy! It looks like you're currently on-site enjoying a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Now that this exciting attraction is open, let's chat about how you can
go down the bayou today at
Tiana's Bayou Adventure.
Ian, at the time of writing, Guests can access the latest and greatest attraction at Magic Kingdom Park either via
virtual queue using the My Disney Experience mobile app or as a
Lightning Lane entry selection with the purchase of Disney Genie+ service (subject to change). As an Annual Passholder, you'll need a theme park reservation to visit the theme parks on most days. However, on select days known as
good-to-go days, Annual Passholders can bypass making a theme park reservation and head straight to the parks as they desire! On good-to-go days, Annual Passholders should be able to enter virtual queues at 7:00 a.m. without having a theme park reservation, as long as their passes are not blocked out that day.
If you've missed out on the 7:00 a.m. virtual queue "drop," try not to worry, Ian. You'll have another opportunity to secure a virtual queue spot for Tiana's Bayou Adventure at 1:00 p.m. However, Guests trying for the 1:00 p.m. "drop" must be physically inside the theme park in which the attraction is located to be eligible for the virtual queue at that time. So, if you're at Magic Kingdom Park now, grab a churro or a
DOLE Whip and stay put! You'll need to be inside the theme park at 1:00 p.m. to snag that virtual queue spot.
Ian, I sure hope you've found this information helpful and I wish you an exciting and enchanting day at Magic Kingdom Park. If you have any additional questions during your visit, you can always stop back by to see us here at
planDisney! We're all ears.
See ya real soon,
Lauren
