I have a veterans card and have a military pension but won't received that until I reach pension age. Am I not able to take advantage of the offer? As I've seen other posts saying veterans (of which I am) can. Where is the small print to this.

    Bonjour!

Welcome back to planDisney, Hayley, and thank you for returning with this question about special rate military tickets at Disneyland Paris.

I completely understand how navigating the eligibility for these discounts can be a little tricky, as it often depends on specific military status. After speaking with helpful Cast Members at Disneyland Paris, I can share that while there isn’t an exhaustive list of acceptable IDs, the general requirement is to present an official military ID card issued by the UK, USA, or France.

The Disneyland Paris website notes the discount applies to active and retired military personnel. However, the Cast Member clarified that veterans need to be retired and receiving a military pension to qualify for the discount. Veterans who have returned to civilian life not in receipt of a pension aren’t eligible.

I strongly recommend reaching out directly to Disneyland Paris for clarity on your individual circumstances. The local team will be able to provide a definitive answer tailored to your situation. You can contact them via email, phone, or the online chat feature on their website.

One more thing to consider is hotel + ticket packages, although there are no military discounts available on these, due to the already heavily discounted park tickets, you can find some great value if you are planning to stay at a Disney Hotel. It’s worth checking out the package offers available on Disneyholidays.co.uk, which sometimes includes additional offers. Staying at one of the beautifully themed Disney Hotels, all within walking distance of the parks can add some extra magic to your trip.

I hope this information helps, Hayley! While it may not have been the definitive answer you were hoping for, I hope you find it points you in the right direction as you plan your visit to Disneyland Paris. If you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Have a magical day,

    Matt
