Ahoy, Joshua!
Welcome home, and welcome to planDisney!
Thank you for bringing your question to us today. I always enjoy speaking with fellow
Disney Vacation Club Members, and it’s even better when we get to chat about the magic of Disney Cruise Line!
It sounds like you’re planning an incredible
land and sea vacation, using your Vacation Points to stay at your home resort both before and after your cruise, what a dream vacation!
Now, about parking, unfortunately, cars cannot be left at Disney Resorts when you are not an active guest. Parking is reserved exclusively for registered guests staying at the resort. However, driving to Port Canaveral is a smooth and straightforward journey. The port offers secure
parking facilities operated by the Port Canaveral Port Authority. Reservations are not required; you can pay upon arrival. It’s super convenient, especially when your cruise ends, you can head straight to your car and continue your adventure.
If your next stop happens to be
Walt Disney World, that definitely takes the sting out of your cruise coming to an end! When my first, and most recent cruise on the Disney Wish ended, I felt like I had to go through the 5 stages of grief to move on!
Speaking of the Disney Wish, I had the best time at the silent discos in the Luna Lounge. While I could go on about the magic onboard, my planDisney pals
Dustin and
Sami are the real
Disney Cruise Line experts. If you have any cruise-specific questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to them, they’re the best!
I hope this helps, Joshua, and you have a fantastic land and sea vacation.
Have a magical day!
Matt
