It is so convenient to use a
MagicBand+ while at the Disney Parks! If you have a MagicBand+, you can also use it at the Disneyland Resort. I did want to mention that MagicBand and MagicBand 2 are not supported at the Disneyland Resort, and are not able to be linked to the Disneyland app.
I have been able to use my MagicBand+ at both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort in the past which is very convenient! Open up the Disneyland app and tap the three horizontal bar line icon in the bottom right-hand corner. You'll then scroll down to tap "MagicBand+" and you can tap the "+" to
link your MagicBand+ to your account, assign it to your theme park ticket, and pair it to your mobile phone. If for some reason you run into any issues, I recommend visiting the
MagicBand+ support page, or reaching out to a helpful Cast Member on the
App & Online Support services line.
Once you have your MagicBand+ paired and ready to go, you'll definitely want to explore the
special MagicBand+ interactions around Disneyland Park at some of the original attractions! You'll be able to unlock some special surprises at each stop, it's such an added bonus to all of the fun you'll experience during the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration.
