I used on line check and want to not check in online because the group I'm traveling with want to check in to together. Ho do i undo it

Hello, Beth! Thanks for stopping by planDisney—I’m thrilled to hear your magical vacation is just around the corner!

Online check-in through the My Disney Experience app, also known as Direct-to-Room Service, offers great perks like skipping the front desk, receiving real-time text and email updates when your room is ready, and easy access to your room key.

Typically, once you check in online, this process cannot be undone. If you’re hoping to request that your party’s rooms be near each other, don’t worry—this can still be done! I recommend contacting the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team or speaking directly with the front desk when you arrive. While requests are based on availability, Cast Members always do their best to accommodate Guest needs. If you decide to call ahead of your stay, to make the process smoother, be sure to have the reservation numbers, home addresses, and email addresses for your group handy.

I hope this helps, Beth! If you’d like tips for dining, navigating the parks, or making your trip extra magical, I’d love to help. Feel free to write back anytime!

    See ya real soon,
    Eean
