Hey there Zoe,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Typically, standard
theme park tickets have a pretty wide expiration window, but even if your ticket is expired there are likely still some options for you. To check the expiration date for your ticket, you can look in the
Disneyland Resort mobile app under My Tickets and Passes or you can search for the purchase confirmation email in your inbox by searching "Disneyland Confirmation."
If neither of those methods work then I would recommend
calling a Cast Member at the Tickets line who should be able to find the expiration date for your ticket. From there, the Cast Member should be able to let you know what your options are for the ticket as well!
If the ticket has not expired yet, then you'll just need to make a
theme park reservation for the day you want to visit and then you're all set. If the ticket has expired, then typically you're able to apply the value of an expired standard theme park ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket that is equal or greater in value. Again, a Cast Member at the Tickets line will be able to let you know the specific options you'll have available based on your ticket type.
Thanks again for your question, Zoe! I hope you have a wonderful time visiting the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
