Hello i got tickets this saturday but i got sick yesterday would i be able to move them to a different day or no?

    Hi there Lilianna,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! I'm so sorry to hear your plans will be changing for your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort. However, I'm happy to share that you should likely be just fine to reschedule your trip depending on the type of ticket you purchased.

Currently, to visit one of the parks of the Disneyland Resort, you need both valid theme park tickets and a theme park reservation for each day you plan to visit. Your park tickets just need to be used before their expiration date, and your theme park reservations are very modifiable.

To change your theme park reservation, I'd recommend visiting the My Plans hub which will walk you through the process for each reservation that you need to reschedule. If the date of your currently scheduled theme park reservation has already passed, it's possible you might need to call a Cast Member at the Tickets line to help reset it so you can reschedule it for a new visit date.

For your park tickets, as I mentioned, these just need to be used before their expiration date, and as long as you reschedule your theme park reservation before your ticket expires then you're all set. I typically check the expiration date for my tickets by looking at the purchase confirmation email I received in my inbox (search "Disneyland Confirmation" in your email inbox) or on the digital ticket in my Disneyland Resort mobile app.

If your tickets will expire before you're able to visit again then I would again suggest calling a Cast Member at the Tickets line to discuss your options based on your ticket type. For example, for most standard tickets that expire, you can apply the value of those tickets toward the purchase of new tickets of equal or greater value! Again, a Cast Member at the Tickets line will be able to see the specific details of your situation and can give you your options if this happens to be the route you need to go.

Thanks again for your question, Lilianna! I hope for a speedy recovery and that you'll be able to make your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth happen soon!

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
