Hi Max!
Welcome to planDisney!
If you have a
date-based ticket (in which you chose the start day of your ticket when purchasing it), you will not need any park reservations. You’ll be able to enter any park of your choice, pending park capacity.
If your ticket type requires park reservations, you can
make those reservations at this link. In that case, you will need to make a park reservation for each park day. If you have a
park hopper ticket, you’ll only need to make the reservation for the very first park you plan to visit that day. Once you scan into that park, you can hop to any other park (again, pending park capacity).
If you don’t need park reservations, but you’d like to set up what your day might look like, I recommend using the
Disney Genie service.
To get that set up, click the “Summon Disney Genie” button on the homepage of your
My Disney Experience app. As you click through the prompts, you’ll choose your park day and which park you’ll be visiting. Then you can select your top priority attractions, entertainment, and dining, as well as any other interests. You’ll complete each park day separately.
This information will help Disney Genie provide recommendations to help the flow of your day. You can find these recommendations, as well as any advanced bookings you’ve made in the “My Plans” section of the My Disney Experience app. To get to this section, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner of the app, then click “My Plans” under the “My Visit” section.
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan. We’ll see you real soon!
