Hi Barbara,
Thank you for dropping by planDisney with a question!
The great news is that you have tickets to the Walt Disney World® Resort! First things first, if you have the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, log into the mobile app and click on the link for My Tickets & Passes. If you do not see your tickets, you may need to link them. You should have received an email confirmation with your ticket information. Find that email. Then, to link them, from the My Tickets & Passes link in the mobile app, click on the plus sign, currently in the top righthand corner of the screen. You should then see an option to Link Tickets & Passes. There are a few ways to link those tickets. I prefer to type in the ID Number. To do so, click on the Type ID option.
If you are unable to link your tickets, I suggest that you
contact a cast member in Website Support. When I have called in the past, cast members have been wonderful and able to assist. Once those tickets are linked, I suggest that you double-check your tickets to make sure you do not need
theme park reservations. If you have not yet done so, make a plan for each day of your visit. My girls and I always sit down and decide which attractions we want to experience on each day of our visit. Also consider
Disney Genie+. We have used this service at Magic Kingdom to help us maximize our attraction experiences.
Barbara, I am sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that you will get those tickets linked! If you have not yet booked a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, I hope you make a reservation. We love Disney resort hotels because they put us in the middle of the magic. We just returned from a quick visit to experience Tiana's Bayou Adventure and had an amazing time. It is such a stunning attraction. My wish to the Evening Star,
never ever lose sight of what's really important. Take the trip and make those priceless memories!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
