I have two ACTIVE tickets on my Disney experience and I don’t know which is the current vacation ticket. How do I determine so I can deactivate the old one.

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Ronda!

I have had a similar issue, and it can be frustrating trying to figure out which Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are valid and which aren’t. Do not worry; there is a way to check to see how many days (if any) are still valid on your theme park tickets. You can try linking the tickets via your My Disney Experience Mobile app; select the three lines at the bottom right and then select “Tickets and Passes.” select the plus (+) symbol, “Link Tickets & Passes.” From there, to see if the ticket is valid, you can either use your phone camera to scan, tap the ticket, or input the ID number. It will provide the prompts to link the tickets to your account if they are valid. In addition, you can call and speak with a Cast Member who can take a look and let you know which ticket is valid.

We will be here if you have additional questions prior to your arrival.

    Have a magical time!
