Hello! Can I link my tickets from an account that is not mine?

Hi Sara, thanks for stopping by planDisney!

No question is too big or small, we’re here at planDisney to help with all the aspects of planning your next Disney vacation.

It sounds like you have theme park tickets, but they are currently under someone else’s My Disney Experience account. Tickets can be transferred to another Guest if they have not been used. Whoever holds the tickets in their account will need to complete the transfer process, you will not be able to do it yourself. You will need to be connected through your Family & Friends List. This person can log in to their My Disney Experience account on a web browser and visit “My Plans.” Under “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” click on “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker.” The ticket should have an option to “Reassign Ticket.” A drop-down menu will appear with a list of the Guests on their Family & Friends List and they can choose your name to move the ticket to your account.

If your friend is unable to complete this process, I recommend calling to speak with a Cast Member. As I said, the ticket holder will need to call in, but they should also have your account information handy, such as your name and email address associated with your account.

I hope this was helpful, Sara. Please come back and visit us at planDisney again if you have any more questions!
