Walt Disney World Resort. Don’t you love how the
Disney PhotoPass service captures these special moments? I’m happy to help you figure out the glitch you are experiencing.
Let me help walk you through the steps! First, I prefer to view my photos on the
Disney PhotoPass service website since it is easy to navigate between photos. Once you select the photo you wish to purchase and select Photo Download, be sure to select Add to PhotoPass Bag (in the blue rectangle button). Once you add the photo to your bag, the selection defaults back to
Memory Maker, however, if you click on
My Bag (at the top right side of the screen), you should see the individual photo you selected. You will see another prompt to purchase Memory Maker, but you don’t have to purchase it. Instead, select Checkout, and you should be on your way to enjoying the memory you selected!
Rocio, once you download your photo, you can share it with others, post it on social media or
print it on your own. Remember to
download your photos within 45 days of the date the photo was taken.
