Hi there, Pam! Thanks for bringing your question our way.
When it comes to trips to
Walt Disney World Resort, I fully believe that pictures are the best souvenirs that you can bring home. This is my favorite way to relive my magical moments again and again! In my opinion,
Memory Maker is the best way to make sure that you have access to all of your
Disney PhotoPass photos. But oh, bother – I'm sorry to hear that your photos still have a watermark! Let's see if we can get those watermarks removed so you can make the most out of all of your memories.
First, it sounds like your Memory Maker purchase has already been
linked to your My Disney Experience account, which is a great start! To remove the watermark from your Disney PhotoPass photos, you'll need to activate your purchase. To me, the easiest way to activate this purchase is through the
My Disney Experience app! Log into the app, tap the three stacked lines ≡ in the bottom right corner, and tap Photos. Tap on any photo, then tap "Activate." Once Memory Maker is activated, the watermarks should be removed from your photos. Of course, if you have any issues with the above steps, you can always
call a friendly Cast Member in Disney PhotoPass. They'll be happy to help you with the next best steps that are available to you!
Pam, please remember that
Disney PhotoPass photos expire 45 days after the date they were initially taken, so you'll want to make sure that your desired photos are downloaded before then. And if you have any other questions, please visit us again!
You've got a friend in me,
Michelle
