Hi Britni, welcome to planDisney!
Your upcoming Magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is just around the riverbend! Before you know it, you will be immersed in the Magic of Disney with your family and making cherished memories together.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separately ticketed event occurring on select nights at Magic Kingdom now through November 1, 2023. To view the exact dates of the party, follow the previous link and scroll down about midway on the page to view "Event Dates & Ticket Prices". Additionally, you will notice in the
Theme Parks Hours & Events Calendar, that Magic Kingdom closes at 6:00 PM on the dates of the corresponding parties.
I understand you wanting to make plans to visit Magic Kingdom around the dates of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party since you will not be attending it. However, if you have the
Park Hopper Option added to your theme park tickets I wanted to mention that visiting Magic Kingdom on a day in which it hosts a party is often a good choice in my opinion. The last time I visited Magic Kingdom on a day in which there was a party, I felt like there were less crowds and I attributed that to the fact that Magic Kingdom was closing earlier than usual for the party. Since I wasn't staying for the party, I used my Park Hopper Option to "hop on over" to another theme park when Magic Kingdom closed to the regular Guests. If you happen to have the Park Hopper Option and decide to do this, a great park to hop to in the evening right now is EPCOT because it is currently hosting the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE.
I hope this information helps you plan your best Walt Disney World vacation! As you continue making your vacation plans, please be sure to come back and ask all of your vacation planning questions right here at
