Hi there! I am trying to find my friend's ticket that I bought with mine. I see it in my reservations on my desktop but I can't find it in my app.

Hey there, hi there, Jen! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you are here!

Oh boy! I am sorry you're dealing with this when you are supposed to be finalizing all your exciting plans. To find your tickets, open the Disneyland app and tap on the hamburger icon on the bottom right of the screen. There you will tap on "My Tickets & Passes". If you purchased both tickets with your Disney account, you should see them both here. You may have also received a confirmation email. In the email, there is usually an "Access your eTickets" option to click on. This will take you to a webpage where can tap on the tickets to see the barcodes. You can use the barcode or ticket number to link to your account. If you have tried both of these and still aren't seeing your friend's ticket listed, I suggest speaking to a Cast Member at Ticket Services. They've got a little more magic than what we do and can access your tickets and information.

There is a lot happening right now at Disneyland Resort! If you will be visiting California Adventure Park, Lunar New Year is in full force and you can plan your snacks by checking out the Foodie Guide before your visit. Beyond the parks, Downtown Disney District is expanding and lots of new eateries and shops have opened recently. I am SO excited to see that Disney Wonderful World of Sweets now has my favorite Walt Disney World snack -- Werther's Original Caramel Popcorn!

Jen, I hope your ticket magically appears so that you are one step closer to experiencing the magic of the parks! See you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
