Lauren, I'm sorry you're dealing with technical difficulties when trying to secure Lightning Lane passes for your upcoming trip. As you may know, Guests with eligible Disney Resort hotel reservations should be able to book Lightning Lane passes seven days before their scheduled check-in for their length-of-stay, and day Guests (with theme park tickets only) can purchase these passes beginning three days before their first ticketed day. First, I recommend ensuring that your Disney Resort hotel reservation is appropriately linked to your profile in
My Disney Experience. (If you haven't already,
follow these steps to link your reservation!) If you've confirmed your stay is at an
eligible Disney Resort hotel and your reservation is correctly linked, then I recommend reaching out to the friendly Cast Members at the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line for further assistance. Otherwise, you'll need to wait until three days before your first ticketed date to secure these passes.
