Hello Susanthan!
Welcome back to planDisney. I'm happy to help you confirm all the magical details for your upcoming visit.
It sounds like you are already off to a great start with your
resort reservation and tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience Account. When viewing your plans on the My Disney Experience Mobile App, your resort details will appear under "Future Plans" as well as on the "Hotel Reservations" link. By the way, have you noticed the adorable new countdown graphics specific to your resort? So cute!
Your theme park tickets will only appear under the "My Tickets & Passes" tab as you indicated, unless your ticket type requires a
theme park reservation. I'm an Annual Passholder and still need to make reservations for most days I visit the parks. As such, the park reservations tied to my pass are also shown on my "Future Plans" list. Your
1-day standard theme park ticket is most likely date-based, so you aren't required to make a separate reservation.
As long as your tickets appear on the "My Tickets & Passes" tab in the app and/or the "Tickets and Memory Maker" link online, you should have no issues the day of your visit. You'll have access to join a
Virtual Queue and make Lightning Lane selections with the purchase of
Disney Genie+ Service at 7 a.m. on the morning of your ticketed date. As a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel guest, you'll also have access to purchase up to two
Individual Lightning Lanes at 7 a.m. instead of waiting for the official park opening.
I hope this puts you at ease, Susanthan. If you have any additional questions feel free to
contact a Cast Member by phone. You can also stop by the
Front Desk of your resort on arrival for further assistance if needed. They've also gone the extra mile to help whenever we stop by.
Magic and memories,
Amy
