Hi Amy,
Ahhh...
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Just thinking about a vacation at this stunning
Walt Disney World Resort hotel brings my blood pressure down a bit. It's so convenient, beautiful, and relaxing. We have really loved our time there. Let's get you all settled so that you can say the same!
There are a few different room configurations with the word "Deluxe" in the name at this grand Resort hotel. It can get a little confusing. I'm going to break it down into a list so we can be sure you reserve the best space for you and your crew.
1. A Deluxe King Room - Club Level sleeps up to three Guests and offers either a king bed (for two Guests) or one king bed and one single day bed for a total of three Guests.
2. A Deluxe Room - Club Level accommodates up to four Guests with two queen beds.
3. A Deluxe Studio at the
Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa offers space for up to five Guests. Here, you will find one queen bed, a queen pull-down bed, and a single pull-down bed. I happen to love this option because it offers a split bathroom concept. Getting everyone ready for bed is much easier with two bathroom areas: One offers a shower and a sink. The other provides a toilet and tub/shower combination. With space for both of our girls to shower at night without a battle, I am a happy mom!
I hope that was helpful, Amy. Soon enough, you might be watching
Happily Ever After, the nighttime spectacular at
Magic Kingdom Park, from the beach just outside your Walt Disney World Resort room, or zooming just one magical Disney monorail stop from the fun.
Please come back and visit us with any other questions as you plan. planDisney loves to dream with you!
Adventure is out there,
Sally
