Greetings, Kathryn, and welcome to Team Blue! I suspect you're at Walt Disney World Resort now, but the Grid glitched and hid your
TRON Lightcycle / Run photos. Never fear! I have some strategies to help you secure those images. Like the host for the ride says, sticking together is our key to victory.
In the high-tech world of TRON, your images from the experience are captured in a couple of ways. First, if you wear a linked
MagicBand+, your photos should
automatically appear in your Photo Gallery in your My Disney Experience mobile app. It sounds like you've purchased
Memory Maker, so the images should be watermark-free! It could take a few hours, and when they drop, they typically show up in chronological order. So be sure to scroll through all your photos from that park day.

If you don't have a MagicBand, you can also configure your phone settings before you ride so you're linked via Bluetooth. Scan the QR code on the queue signage for detailed instructions such as setting Bluetooth to "Always." You will keep your phone with you in the safety compartment on your Lightcycle to capture your attraction images and video.
Even with the Grid's technological advances, those pesky glitches can still happen. My ride photos didn't appear during a recent visit, so I stopped by the friendly PhotoPass Support Desk near the Town Square Theater at
Magic Kingdom Park. They'll ask for the approximate time you rode and will help you scan through photos until you see yours.
My tip for riding TRON is to ask a Cast Member if you can sit in the very front row. You might have to wait a little longer, but being in the front for the launch is as thrilling as it gets. Here's hoping you make it through all the Energy Gates for a successful run!
