TRON / Lightcycle Run with my planDisney pal Elaine. Neither of us was wearing a MagicBand during the ride--so the
Disney PhotoPass pictures didn't show up in my
My Disney Experience app. Dorothy, I'm happy to report that it should be fairly simple to find the missing photos.
PhotoPass pictures can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. However, if you want to secure them sooner and you're still at
Magic Kingdom Park when you receive this answer, head to the Disney PhotoPass location on Main Street, located next to
Tony's Town Square Restaurant. The Cast Members there can easily look through the day's photos and locate yours.
If you've already left the park, don't fret! From the home screen of the My Disney Experience app, select the three horizontal lines at lower right (the "hamburger menu"), then the "Photo Gallery" option under the Disney PhotoPass section. If you scroll down through the available photos, there will be an option at the bottom of the screen that reads "Missing any photos?". Here you'll see some troubleshooting tips to find the pictures--if these don't work, there is a contact form to fill out with the date and time of your ride, plus any identifying characteristics of your group.
