Hi Theresa!
Welcome to planDisney.
I'm happy to see that you are getting organised ahead of your vacation, and dining reservations are an important part of every trip! All guests can begin making dining reservations around Walt Disney World up to 60 days in advance.
Reservations can be made
online or by using My Disney Experience mobile app - download that to your smartphone and set up an account. If your favourite restaurants are fully booked, I recommend you keep trying, even up to the day of the reservation as guests change their plans all the time and My Disney Experience is an easy way to check availability at all restaurants. Some restaurants also offer a walk-in option. Use the app to join the walk-in queue and receive notification of when your table is ready.
You can make reservations for table-service restaurants all over Walt Disney World - at the Disney Resort hotels, in the theme parks, or at Disney Springs, so take some time deciding on your favourite locations. It should be noted that if you make a reservation for a theme park restaurant you will still need a park admission ticket even if you are only visiting for that meal.
Reservations open up around 6.00am Eastern Time, but I'm always ready a few minutes before that in case they open early. Some restaurants become fully booked very quickly, so please be ready! These restaurants include
Cinderella's Royal Table (inside Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom Park!),
Be Our Guest Restaurant (also inside Magic Kingdom Park, in Beast's Castle),
Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and
California Grill on the 15th floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort with beautiful views over Magic Kingdom Park and the fireworks -Happily Ever After - if you time it well.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
Sue
