Hello Liriana!
Welcome to planDisney and Happy Holidays! I'm glad you safely made it to Orlando and I am sorry that you forgot your ID. That's so frustrating and a big fear of mine.
I reached out to a Cast Member to help figure out some things. I hope that one of these solutions works for you. I especially hope #1 is the one that wins.
1. When purchasing your Florida resident tickets did you by chance complete the section where you
digitally verified residency? There is a form that says "Your Florida Resident Information" around the time of check-out. If you did it there with your ID information and see it linked to your My Disney Experience Account you are set! Just download your tickets from your
My Disney Experience Mobile Account with Disney MagicMobile Service. Once it's downloaded onto your smartphone you can use it to "tap" into the Parks with no other proof needed.
2. If you didn't digitally verify your residency at purchase and have to prove it when you arrive you have another option. Unfortunately, a photocopy or picture of your photo ID will not be accepted. However, if you have a monthly mortgage statement, current homeowner's insurance policy or bill, current automobile registration, insurance policy or bill, current utility bill, or mail from a financial institution, or government agency from the last two months
along with any kind of photo ID it will be acceptable.
Digital statements on your phone are acceptable. Do you have a passport or other government-issued ID with you? Search every pocket of your wallet!
If either of the two options do not work then you may have to find a way to get the photo ID. Is there a way that someone can get those tickets mailed to you overnight or expedited? Maybe you can meet someone halfway? (Don't forget to get them a great souvenir of thanks!) Also, if you are not sure if you digitally verified your residency you can reach out to the lovely Cast Members at
Existing Tickets.
I hope you get your holiday wish! Have a great time and good luck!
Happy Planning!
