Welcome to planDisney, V1p! We're glad you're here!
With the
Disney eTicket, you can get your tickets instantly. No more waiting for the snail mail or having to pick up from Will Call! When you select this option at checkout, the confirmation email should provide a link to an online eTicket viewer with its unique QR barcode. The eTickets will be delivered as a PDF that you can open on your mobile device, and this can be scanned at the theme park entrance—there is no need to print out a paper ticket. Tickets purchased on the Disneyland Mobile app can also be scanned directly from the barcode on your phone.
As my friend
Tiffanie said in one of her answers, I wouldn't worry too much about the QR code not scanning, V1p. Just make sure that your theme park tickets are linked to your
Disneyland Mobile App. Here are the steps:
1. Open your app and see if your tickets are listed in the "Tickets and Passes" section. If so, then you're good to go! If not, then continue to the next step.
2. Tap the '+' symbol in the upper-right-hand corner
3. Click Link Tickets and Passes.
4. Enter the ID number for each ticket you'd like to link;
try changing browsers if the tickets are not linking correctly.
If you're still having trouble, you can contact
Disneyland Ticketing, or upon arrival at the Disneyland Resort, visit any Disneyland Resort Box Office to have your
ticket re-issued for use at the theme parks. Make sure to bring:
*The credit card you used to purchase your Disney eTicket
*A photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport
*A printed copy of the initial order confirmation page
Just know that only the Guest whose name appears on the original credit card will be able to pick up replacement tickets for security reasons.
I sincerely hope this information helps, V1p! If you have any more questions before your trip, remember, we're all ears!
