Walt Disney World Resort vacation is through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Currently, to install the My Disney Experience Mobile App on an iPhone you'll need iOS 13.0 or later, while some advanced features, including
Disney's MagicMobile Service, require iOS version 14.4 or later and Apple Wallet support.
For Android devices, the current version of the app requires Android version 8.0 or later. With Android devices, you may run into trouble if your device does not have all security updates installed or if it has been "jailbroken" in a way that alters the primary Android operating system or Google Play store functionality. If your device does meet all of these requirements and has enough available storage space to install and run the app, you may need to contact the support team for your device's manufacturer for further assistance.
