We are travelling via La for 1 night And want to do Disneyland Thursday 29 May and Friday 30 May but will have a late flight to Sydney Friday Will fireworks be on Thursday May 29?

Hi Katherine! Welcome to planDisney! Spending two days at the Disneyland Resort is sure to create magical memories, and ending your Disney day with a dazzling nighttime spectacular is truly the perfect finale.

At this time, parade, fireworks, and show schedules have not yet been added to the Disneyland Resort Daily Events calendar beyond Friday, March 28th. I completely understand wanting to plan ahead, and while I wish I had more details to share, rest assured that the calendar will be updated as your travel dates approach. I recommend checking back periodically for the most up-to-date entertainment offerings.

To make things even easier, I highly suggest downloading the Disneyland app. This will be your go-to tool for real-time updates on entertainment schedules, wait times, and more. Once you're in the parks, simply tap the "Entertainment" tab to view all scheduled performances, locations, and times for that day. This way, you’ll have the latest information at your fingertips, ensuring you don’t miss a single magical moment.

Katherine, I also couldn’t help but notice that your visit coincides with Disneyland’s 70th-anniversary celebration, What an enchanting time to experience the parks! While we are still awaiting official announcements on entertainment schedule, we know that beloved nighttime spectaculars like Wondrous Journeys and Paint the Night will make a return. Plus, with new entertainment such as World of Color – Happiness! on the horizon, there will be no shortage of unforgettable experiences waiting for you and your family. I recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest updates and announcements about this milestone celebration.

While you're there, you might want to capture a special photo in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle or take a nostalgic journey through Fantasyland on classic attractions like Peter Pan’s Flight and Dumbo the Flying Elephant. With all the excitement surrounding the anniversary, your visit is bound to be filled with extra pixie dust.

I hope this information helps as you plan your Disneyland adventure. If you have any more questions as your trip gets closer, please don’t hesitate to stop by planDisney again. Wishing you a visit filled with joy, laughter, and plenty of magical moments!

    Enjoy your trip!
