    We’re travelling to Disneyland in September and tried to book Goofy’s Kitchen on Sept. 12 exactly 60 days out from that date, when reservations open. No reservations were available and it doesn’t look like any are available within that week. Please help!

    Thanks for writing to us at planDisney and it's a pleasure to meet you! I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to secure dining reservations for Goofy's Kitchen, which just happens to be one of my favorite restaurants! I commend you for planning ahead so well and being on top of making those all-important reservations 60 days in advance. 

    At the time of this writing, it appears as if reservations have not yet been released for Goofy's Kitchen for any dates after August 23, 2024. This happens to coincide with the official beginning of the Halloween Season at the Disneyland Resort. A recent Disney Parks Blog article mentioned that Goofy's Kitchen was preparing a seasonal menu with a Halloween twist, which they also did last year. So my guess is that Chef Goofy is still cooking up his festive offerings and when that happens, dining reservations lag behind a bit even into the 60 day window. My best recommendation is to keep checking back for reservations because once the new menu is announced, they'll likely book up very quickly!

    During your visit, Haunted Mansion Holiday will be makings its return and remember that it'll only be available via virtual queue when it reopens. And be on the lookout for the full menu of seasonal dishes available throughout the Resort when Disney Eats releases their Foodie Guide! That particular guide has always been one of my favorites!
