For transportation to the parks, I see reference to the bus service starting 45 minutes before park opening and monorail 30 minutes before - is that before regular park hours, or extra hours that allow resort guests to enter 30 min before general public?

Hi Shannon! Thanks for sending your questions to us! I’m glad that you find planDisney to be so helpful with your vacation planning!

Complimentary transportation is a great perk of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Whether Monorial, Disney Skyliner, bus, or boat, Disney Transportation will get you to the magic!

Disney Transportation begins early so Guests can arrive at the Disney Parks in time for the Early Theme Park Entry benefit! That means the resort transportation options begin 30 – 45 minutes before the early theme park opening!

Shannon, it has been my experience on many occasions that resort-to-park transportation has started even earlier! Sometimes closer to 60 minutes before park opening! Remember, the Early Entry Theme Park benefit is available each morning at all four Disney Parks for Guests staying in Walt Disney World Resort hotels! You can count on Disney Transportation to get you to your park of choice!

    Happy Planning!
