Hey there, Tim!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for stopping by with a great
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. I'm thrilled to see that you're currently on-site at The Most Magical Place on Earth - how exciting! I hope you're enjoying every moment of your Disney day so far. I'd be happy to help you prepare for the
enchanting evening ahead!
Tim, Guests of the Walt Disney World Resort can fully relax and unwind knowing that they can rely on complimentary
transportation options during their stays. I'm pleased to share that Guests traveling between Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's BoardWalk have several transportation options available to them! Ferry boat service between these locations is offered via the FriendShip Boats which are scheduled to operate until approximately one hour after the theme park closes (weather permitting). That means the ferry should run until around 10:30 p.m. tonight, but I encourage you to ask a boat captain if you have the chance, as they'll have the most up-to-date information!
If you don't want to take a calming cruise, you could enjoy a leisurely stroll along the banks of Crescent Lake instead, Tim. A paved walking path runs from
Disney's Hollywood Studios to Disney's BoardWalk. This walk usually takes me around 20-25 minutes to complete and offers a relaxing way to end a thrilling theme park day! Alternatively, you could hop aboard the
Disney Skyliner for a quick flight over to the EPCOT International Gateway. This option does require a quick transfer at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort but is truly a unique way to travel around property. The Disney Skyliner runs for approximately 90 minutes after EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios close for the evening.
Tim, I hope you've found this information helpful. I wish you a
Fantasmic! rest of your day at The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you have any additional questions, you're always welcome to revisit us right here at
planDisney. We're all ears!
Some imagination, huh?Lauren
