We are staying at Coronado. Can we drive and park at resort that has the skyliner to get to the back of Epcot. Or a resort that is in the Epcot area to enter in international gateway.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Darren! I'd be thrilled to help you with your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit. My husband is a Disney Skyliner fan, so we always plan for a voyage aboard a gondola. Let's look at transportation options to get you to EPCOT in style.

The International Gateway entrance to EPCOT is a hidden gem. I feel like a VIP strolling in! The best part is starting the day in the World Showcase, especially if you plan to experience Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. Using this back entrance is a breeze for guests staying at the EPCOT resort hotels, but it can be tricky for others.

Parking at Disney Resort hotels is exclusive to guests of each specific resort, so you probably won't be able to park all day at Disney's BoardWalk Inn or the other hotels in that area. Guests with dining reservations can sometimes park for a limited time, but that isn't guaranteed. Even rideshare services could be turned away, but I have some suggestions.

You can drive to Disney's Hollywood Studios and hop aboard the Disney Skyliner there. The Skyliner station is conveniently located near the parking area, but remember to transfer to EPCOT at Disney's Carribean Beach Resort station.

The Friendship Boats are another option for traveling from Disney's Hollywood Studios to EPCOT. They'll make a few stops along the way, but it's a pleasant and scenic way to travel. I've also used the paved walking path between the two theme parks. It took me about 20 minutes, but I'm a fast walker—just ask my pal Nimmy

My final suggestion is to take a rideshare to the Walt Disney World Swan or Dolphin Hotel. You should be fine getting dropped off there, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the International Gateway entrance.

Darren, I hope your day at EPCOT is full of magical memories. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
