What time is check in at the all star hotels to go to the water park the same day?

    Hi there Jimmy!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for visiting with your question today. It's so awesome that you're planning to take advantage of the splashtastic free water park day perk for Disney Resort guests! I don't blame you for wanting to start the fun as soon as possible on your arrival day.

The standard check time in at the Disney All-Star Resorts is 3:00 p.m. But good news! As long as you are checked-in online ahead of time, you will not need to wait for your room to be ready before heading to the Disney Water Park. I recommend having your swim bags ready to go, and heading directly to the water park early on your arrival day. We don't have official word yet on which park will be operating in July, but it will likely be Typhoon Lagoon!

On the day of your arrival, you will see your complementary admission tickets automatically loaded into your My Disney Experience app. To view them, from the app home screen just select the "≡" icon in the lower right corner, and then click "My Tickets & Passes". Make sure everyone in your party is entered as a guest on your resort reservation, so that you each receive an admission ticket.

I've only experienced Typhoon Lagoon once with my family, but it was so much fun! We hope to be able to take advantage of this perk in 2025. My top tip is not to miss those delicious mini donuts at the Joffrey's Coffee cart... they are incredible!

Jimmy, I love your magical plan to stay cool and enjoy Walt Disney World this summer. Sending my wishes that you have a wonderful time, and make lots of fun memories! Please let us know if we can help with anything else, or sprinkle some pixie-dust your way with any other recommendations for your vacation.

    Adventure is out there!
