Hello Danielle!
We’re so glad you decided to be our guest at planDisney today. Let’s talk through dining reservation logistics, so you’re prepared to tie your napkin 'round your neck during your visit this summer.
Advance dining reservations can be booked beginning at 6 am EST 60 days before your check-in date. If you are staying at a Disney Resort Collection hotel or other eligible resort, you can book for your length of stay, up to 10 days, at the 60-day mark. If you are staying off-property, you can book each day individually as the 60-day window approaches.
My family just returned from a week-long visit and certainly had our fill of
Fine/Signature Dining (with plenty of Quick Service meals and snacks thrown into the mix). We had a split stay on this visit and switched resorts halfway through our trip. I was able to book meals associated with the first half of our stay 60 days before our first check-in date, but waited a few extra days for our second check-in date's booking window to reserve Table Service meals for the end of our trip. Luckily, we were able to reserve everything on our wish list and even ended up canceling a few meals once on-site. We were simply having too much fun (and still a bit too full) to enjoy everything on our must-eat list, but there are certainly worse problems to have.
Depending on the length of your visit, you may also be able to enjoy the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, which kicks off on August 27, 2026, and boasts a global-scale culinary cabaret. This festival features some of my favorite bites and beverages, and usually replaces the need for sit-down dining reservations on the day of my visit. The 2026 Disney Eats Foodie Guide hasn't been released just yet, but keep your eye on
Disney Parks Blog for the latest details as they become available. I'm hoping for a few returning favorites, but excited to see what new creations await. Beef ragout? Cheese soufflé? Pie and pudding "en flambe?" We'll just have to wait and see what the menus reveal.
Danielle, I hope this helped. Please come back and put our service to the test again with more planning questions. Just like Lumière and his enchanted friends, "we're obsessed with your meal, with your ease. Yes, indeed, we aim to please!"
Wishing you a magical visit,
Amy
