I have tickets to sweethearts event, can I park hop with the same ticket?

    Hi Yolanda!

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. Love is definitely in the air with the upcoming Sweethearts' Nites on the calendar! You're going to have a ball celebrating love of all kinds with special entertainment offerings, rarely seen characters, and, of course, some exclusive treats.

Tickets to Sweethearts' Nite are considered special event tickets, and in this case, do not include Park Hopping. While I know that wasn't the news you were hoping for, I do want to point out that there is a little extra pixie dust stored in your ticket. Guests attending Sweethearts' Nite can enter Disneyland Park starting at 6:00 PM, three hours ahead of the official party start time. The park will close to regular day Guests at 8:00 PM, so this is a great time to check off any must-do attractions, especially those that will not be available during the event. You can find a list of these limited experiences under the "Important Information" section on the Sweethearts' Nite website to help plan your evening. Once the party kicks off, you'll want to take advantage of all the exclusive offerings only available during the event.

When you arrive, you will be given an event credential and guide which holds all the magic there is to experience that night. I know it's so tempting to just jump right into your time in the park, but I recommend grabbing your favorite sweet treat and taking a few minutes to take a look through the guide and pencil in some priorities. There will be special entertainment, themed photos, rare characters, and exclusive snacks. Since some of these characters or duos can only be found at Sweethearts' Nite, wait times can get a bit lengthly. If there's a particular pair you are really hoping to see, I recommend heading to their location early. I know Princess Leia and Han Solo are usually a popular pair! When my planDisney pals and I went to Star Wars Nite a few years ago, we had just as much fun popping into the themed photos which do not have characters but put you right into the story itself!

Remember when I mentioned there was some added pixie dust loaded into your event ticket? Well, one of my favorite perks is that you will have access to unlimited digital downloads of any photos taken with Disney PhotoPass Photographers that evening. They will be stationed not just with the characters, but at the themed photo spots I mentioned as well so you can really capture the moment!

Yolanda, I hope that you can write your own love story at Sweethearts' Nite this week! If you have any more questions, please come back to see us here at planDisney.

    Magic awaits,
    Tara
