Welcome to planDisney, Heather!
As parents, I know we are all trying to make a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth as magical as possible for our kiddos. This extends to preempting any possible disappointment for your Mouseketeer (or yourself!) of not meeting the height requirements for an attraction they've been excited to experience.
I'm glad you came here with your question to get all your Disneyland ducks in a row before making that purchase. Officially,
Lightning Lane Multi and Single Passes are nonrefundable, which I know is not the news you were hoping to hear. Since Single Passes are purchased only once you've scanned into the parks, my recommendation is to head to
Guest Services or the attraction itself to get the official measurement before making that purchase. At both parks, Guest Services can be found close the entrance, so you don't have to walk too far to get some guidance from a Cast Member on the ground. At
Disneyland Park, you'll want to stop by City Hall just to the left as you walk under the Disneyland Railroad. At
California Adventure, you'll find Guest Services at the Chamber of Commerce right on Buena Vista Street. It will hopefully only take a minute or two out of your day and will allow you to release any worry as you head out into the park!
If you are spending time at California Adventure, you will get to experience the bright and vibrant
Lunar New Year Celebration! Truly, one of the most unique and joyous festivals of the year celebrating Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese cultures. I mention this as it's one of my favorite times to visit, offering special entertainment, activities, character meet and greets, and ... of course ... delicious cuisine! You can even add your own wishes for the year ahead on the Wishing Wall!
Heather, I hope this was helpful in your planning. If any more questions come up, we are always here for you at
planDisney.
Magic awaits!
