Magical greetings, Kristine! Thanks for bringing us your question. I also recently renewed my Magic Key Pass, so I think we should be able to get you a solution.
When you renew your
Magic Key and want to make a new reservation but your current pass has yet to expire, you need to select your renewal pass before opening up the park reservation calendar. To do this, go to the "
Theme Park Reservations" under the "
My Disneyland" tab on the
Disneyland Resort website and select the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button. Click "Book Theme Park Reservations" and this will take you to a page that lists all Magic Keys connected to your account. Since you are in your renewal period and the old pass hasn't expired, you should see two passes listed with the number of reservations available for each (i.e. 2 of 4 Reservations Available, etc.).
Kristine, make sure you select the Magic Key that says renewal (for example: Believe Key Pass Renewal), before clicking "Next" to choose a park reservation date. This should take you to the calendar with all available dates for the next 60 days. If you inadvertently selected your expiring Magic Key on this step, you would have been shown only dates until that pass expires.
If this doesn't solve your problem, please come back and we can brainstorm some more. You are also welcome to reach out to a Cast Member via the
Magic Key Holders phone line.
Kristine, we are glad you stopped by. Please visit us again soon!
See you in the parks,
Melissa
