Christy from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have tickets for my family and a reservation for this weekend, Saturday, October 14. Unfortunately, my son is sick. How do I go about changing my reservation date?

    Hello, Christy,

"Oh, bother." I'm sorry to hear your son is feeling under the weather. I do hope he’ll feel well soon.

If it turns out you are unable to keep your original plans to visit the Disneyland Resort, you may modify your existing theme park reservations by visiting the My Theme Park Reservations page on the Disneyland Resort website. Click on the “Modify Reservation” link to start. You’ll select one or more tickets to include in the modification. Then you will select a new reservation that is currently available and that is within the period of validity for your ticket type.

Note that if you have a one-day ticket, you may book a new park reservation for another available day that is the same or lower ticket tier level as the ticket type you have. If you would like to use a one-day ticket on a higher tier date, please reach out to a Cast Member from the Tickets phone line for information about upgrading your tickets to a different type of equal or higher value.

I hope things head in a positive direction for you and your son, Christy. And please visit us again at planDisney if there is anything else we can help with as you plan your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!
