My tickets expire tomorrow. Would it be possible to extend the expiration by 1 day?

Aloha, Jasmine, and welcome to planDisney! My dream hotel is Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and you get to live that experience every day in Hawai'i! Let's hang ten on the ocean blue and talk about your theme park tickets.

As guests helping guests, planDisney panelists cannot see your account information, so I'm not sure what type of theme park tickets you have. My first suggestion is to contact the Tickets and Hotel Reservations line as soon as possible. Those magical Cast Members can see your admission and determine your best options for getting the most pixie dust from your tickets. I'm wishing on a star that you're able to make the changes you need!

Typically, guests can change the dates of unused tickets by paying any additional fees related to the new dates, so be sure to have a payment method handy when you call the help desk. If you've used some of the ticket's days already, the expiration usually can't be extended. But it never hurts to ask!

I'm not sure how long you're planning to stay at Walt Disney World Resort, but I visited the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival yesterday. We saw classic rocker Rick Springfield perform during the Garden Rocks Concert Series; I highly recommend those shows in the America Gardens Theater. It's the perfect way to dance the night away at the end of your theme park adventure! The festival runs through June 1 this year.

Jasmine, I hope you're able to resolve your ticket issue and enjoy as much Disney magic as you can. Please stop by planDisney anytime, and hang loose!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
