Hiya, Yesenia! Welcome to planDisney!
I’m sorry to hear that you won’t make it to The Most Magical Place on Earth as early as you had originally anticipated. Having said that, in my opinion, there’s never a bad time to visit
Walt Disney World Resort. It looks like you’re now planning a visit in December, which just happens to be my favorite time of year to visit the parks!
To answer your question, Yesenia, your ability to change the dates on your tickets will depend on whether they’ve been used. If one day or more of the tickets have been used, then the tickets will expire on their
original expiration date.
If the tickets are unused and not expired, you may be able to change the dates of your visit by visiting the
My Reservations and Tickets page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Another good thing to note is that the amount paid for an unused, expired ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket at the current price, so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. If you prefer, you can also
contact Walt Disney World Resort directly and a Cast Member will be happy to give you the most up-to-date information given your specific ticket type and situation.
The parks are magical at any time of year, but even more so at Christmastime, Yesenia. Holiday decorations will be found all over property, and in my opinion, you’ll have some of the best seasonal offerings of the year.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is so much fun, and the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays has a phenomenal selection of festive cookies that are delicious!
I hope you’ve found this information helpful, Yesenia. If any other questions come to mind as you continue to plan your holiday visit, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us here at
planDisney. We love helping with planning Disney vacations!
See you real soon!
