Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party Kids

    Hi, If I have tickets for a certain day in MK and I also get tickets for the MNSSHP the same day, do I have to get out of the park and reenter for the party or do I just go back the main entrance in order to get my wristband?

    Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

    You are asking a very common question! A lot of people wonder if they have to leave the Magic Kingdom, just to re-enter to go to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. 

    Fortunately, no, if you are already in the Magic Kingdom during the day and also attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you do not have to leave and re-enter the park just to get your wristband. There are stations around the park where you can quickly get your party wristband without leaving the magic. At last year's party, I went to a station at the entrance of Tomorrowland, but I know that there are typically several of these locations. Cast members should have no problem directing you to the nearest one. Friends who have already attended this year said that they saw wristband stations at Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, Tortuga Tavern, and Fantasy Faire. 

    Because you will already be in the park, I would highly recommend you go to one of these stations in the early afternoon, even before 4 p.m. when guests can start to enter the park with their party tickets. Lines for these stations are filled by others in your same shoes, including park hoppers, and can start to grow as that magical hour approaches. The last thing you want to do is start your spooky evening off by waiting in line just go get your wristband.

    Many Halloween Party guests love their costumes but forget that they are in Orlando at a time when it is warmer than the Fall temperatures they may enjoy back home. Choose a costume that gives you and your family some layers that can be removed if the heat and humidity rise more than expected.
