What is the Ticket cancellation/refund policy for disneyland park?

    Hiya,

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.

I’m happy you’re planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort! While theme park tickets are non-refundable (policy on the theme park tickets page), you can save your tickets for use later after purchase! One-day tickets purchased either through the Disneyland Resort website or the Disneyland app are valid for use through December 30, 2025, and multi-day tickets are valid through January 12, 2026, or within 13 days of first use, depending on which comes first. So while you cannot cancel or get a refund on tickets, you have plenty of time to schedule your upcoming visit!

The Disneyland Resort requires a valid theme park ticket and park reservation for admission into the parks (subject to change). Guests can review park reservation availability ahead of time on the Theme Park Reservation Calendar, which accounts for the variety of tickets available. I recommend you check the calendar for available park reservations to ensure you can visit your preferred Park on your preferred date. But you better hurry! Once the clock strikes midnight (once park reservations are fully booked), they’ll be gone!

The Disneyland Resort has many exciting offerings in 2024! Halloween Time now haunts the Disneyland Resort! This celebration will last until October 31, and starting November 15 (subject to change), the Holiday Season will begin! With all these celebrations, you’ll want to use those tickets for a future visit to the Disneyland Resort!

If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
