    Can I return my tickets?

    Hiya Elisa,

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.

I’m so sorry you can no longer travel to the Disneyland Resort. While theme park tickets are non-refundable (policy on the theme park tickets page), you can save your tickets for use at a later date! One-day tickets purchased either through the Disneyland Resort website or the Disneyland app are valid for use through December 30, 2025, and multi-day tickets are valid through January 12, 2026, or within 13 days of first use, depending on which comes first. So you have plenty of time to reschedule your upcoming visit!

If you have previously made theme park reservations, Hakuna Matata (it means no worries!). You can easily modify or cancel park reservations without impacting your theme park tickets! “It’s our problem-free philosophy!” You can modify park reservations on the Disneyland Resort website or the Disneyland app.

The Disneyland Resort has many exciting offerings in 2024! Beginning on August 23, 2024 (date subject to change), Halloween Time will haunt the Disneyland Resort! This celebration will last until October 31, and starting November 15 (subject to change), the Holiday Season will begin! With all these celebrations, you’ll want to use those tickets for a future visit to the Disneyland Resort!

If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
