    cancel tickets

    Hiya Michael,

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.

I’m sorry you can no longer make your visit dates to the Disneyland Resort! Unfortunately, tickets cannot be canceled or refunded, as per the policy on the Disneyland Theme Park Tickets page. However, since they cannot be canceled, you can save your tickets for use at a later date! One-day tickets purchased either through the Disneyland Resort website or the Disneyland app are valid for use through December 30, 2025, and unused multi-day tickets are valid through January 12, 2026. And with Halloween Time and the Holiday Season coming up, you’ll be glad to have those tickets for a future visit!

If you also made theme park reservations, Hakuna Matata (it means no worries!). You can easily modify or cancel park reservations without impacting your theme park tickets! “It’s our problem-free philosophy!” You can modify park reservations on the Disneyland Resort website or the Disneyland app.

If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
