planDisney, Munira! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is one of my favorite special events at
Walt Disney World Resort, and attending the Party this close to the big day is going to be so magical. There are typically restaurant reservations available after Magic Kingdom Park closes to day Guests at 6:00 PM, so let's chat about some of the reasons you may not be able to book one.
Munira, I suspect that you're not able to book a dinner reservation for tonight during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party because there are no dining times available. This is a popular week to be at Walt Disney World Resort, and restaurants book up very quickly, sometimes several months in advance. If there's a specific dining location that you have in mind, I recommend visiting the restaurant's host stand as soon as you get to Magic Kingdom Park and asking a Cast Member there if there is any availability for the evening. It's possible that they may have had a last-minute cancellation, or they may be able to place you on a walk-up waiting list in case anything opens up.
If you're unable to secure a Table Service dining reservation, there are so many Quick Service locations for you to enjoy! Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party has a lot of special exclusive treats and snacks as well, so definitely
check out the Disney Parks Blog to see if there's anything you want to try. You definitely won't be going hungry! I always leave the Party with a full belly and a list of things I want to try next year.
